Ultimate Football Academy provides football clubs with the support, design & implementation of 16 – 18 Academy models.
Ultimate Academy is proud to support the learning and development of Godalming College football teams, with industry-leading training from our most FA Qualified coaches, Matt Hales-Owen and Brandon Harrington. Godalming College is a leading sixth-form college with a wide range of subjects, which meet the needs of 21st Century sixth-form students.
A recent success was the launching and management of Sutton United Football Club’s programme for 2 seasons. This allowed us to learn the strengths and limitations of the model, whilst developing opportunities for over 80 learners. We quickly recognised that the key elements were Identifying the learners educational needs and establishing exciting pathways and exit routes to make them sustainable. The football development framework and day-to-day coaching was the easy part.
