At UFA we are are hugely enthused by recent changes with the girls’ game, the drive demonstrated by the FA and the ongoing positive media coverage. We have devised our very own development model which is aligned with the FA’s vision including clear signposted entry points, and pathways to both training and team football.
Our philosophy includes pathways for girls wishing play recreationally or competitively, and opportunities to register with our Girls’ Player Performance Centre.
While we welcome girls to all UFA sessions where age-appropriate, we believe the provision of ‘girls’ specific’ sessions is vital to growing participation and confidence among female players. UFA are committed to giving girls of all experiences and backgrounds the opportunity to learn and love the game.
